Executive chef Marcus Eaves has over 20 years of experience in some of the Uk’s finest restaurants. Receiving his first Michelin star at the age of 27 he is one of only a handful of chefs to be recognised at this age.

Throughout the years and during his time in the industry Marcus has built up a comprehensive understanding of what makes a restaurant succeed. Marcus is available and always happy to pass on his knowledge, experience and expertise through his consultancy service.
